As the Attribution expert, the Account Manager Intern (AKA 'Jedi In Training') helps empower clients to use C3 Metrics to solve their problems and assist in operationalizing Attribution throughout their organization.  Candidates must be a strong communicator with a track record of delivering on-time concurrent projects in a fast paced environment. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients 
  • Assist in managing client implementation successfully 
  • Manage weekly client check-in
  • Provide monthly & quarterly attribution reviews to help drive product adoption 
  • Manage and resolve all escalations regarding the client


What You Need for this Position

  • BA/BS Candidate or recent graduate
  • Communicate ideas in a clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to both take and give direction 
  • Solution oriented, problem solving mindset 
  • Proactively managing projects to completion 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment 
  • Can work independently and autonomously 
  • Be detail oriented and organized 
  • Possess exceptional time management skills
